The Storytelling series began as images of acrobats tickled my dreams.
The Peacemaker series and Abstract series are work done from 2011 to 2013, all acrylic on canvas. The Peacemaker series generally follows this story: the rider from a black hole enters the fray and stops the fight on Wall Street. Then, as his thinking clears, he drops the sword with which he has been left. He dreams of a distant island, but will let it remain wild. Gaia, the apparent guardian of earth and sea, addresses the modern times.
The Abstract series is of course a way of finding a whole from parts and creating harmonies to soothe the disjointed sensations engendered from the world we live in.
You will also find a selection of landscapes, portraits and dream images, as you scroll down this page.
